Refund policy
We want you to love every pair. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out.
Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear.
- Items purchased during special sales or at a discounted price may have a modified return window - any exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- WhatsApp us or fill out the return form on our website. We'll arrange a free reverse pickup at no cost to you.
- For damaged or defective products, simply send us a photo — we'll arrange a replacement immediately.
Exchanges
- Exchanges can be made for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
- If your requested size or colour is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund or store credit - your choice.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
- COD orders: Refunds are issued as store credit or via bank transfer (NEFT) within 5–7 business days. Please note the ₹100 COD fee is non-refundable.
- You can also opt for store credit on any order — store credit never expires.
